Our proven process = great results

We make it easy for you: note that steps 1 to 7 below incur no consulting fees.

1. We arrange an initial, no-obligation interview.
2. We listen, ask questions, take notes and arrange a follow-up meeting.
3. We present an 'interpretation paper' to ensure we have understood you.
4. We agree on fees and a fair and balanced approach to getting the job done.
5. We agree objectives, time frames and 'milestones'.
6. We mutually agree both a start date and a finish date for your project.
7. We shake hands (more important than a written contract, which we don't need)
8. We then start the project and 'get stuck in' on the journey to producing results.
9. We report to you regularly on the basis we have agreed.
10. AND WHAT IF you want to stop the project?  Give us an hour's notice.
